Welcome to Glamrūm! Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and maintain the professional, relaxing environment we pride ourselves on. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. Thank you for your cooperation.

 


Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments canceled
  • with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
  • For Permanent Makeup (PMU) services:
      • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the service cost is required at booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final price at checkout. Cancelling a PMU appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit your deposit.
  • For Medical Aesthetics services:
    • A $50 late cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
    • A $100 no-show fee will be charged.

Studio Rules

  1. Food: No food is permitted in the studio.
  2. Children Policy: To maintain a relaxing and serene environment for all our clients, we kindly ask that children not be brought to the studio unless supervised by another adult in the waiting area. We want every client to enjoy their visit without distraction.
  3. Guests: While we prefer clients attend appointments alone, to maintain the privacy and relaxation of our guests, we understand guests may accompany you if necessary. Please inform us in advance.
  4. Pets: Due to the nature of our services, pets are not allowed, including service animals.
  5. Service Refusal: Glamrūm reserves the right to refuse or deny services to anyone at any time.

Appointment Confirmation and Arrival

  • Clients must confirm their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation.
  • Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or reduced service time, with applicable fees. To ensure all clients receive the full attention they deserve, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a $25 late fee being added to your appointment. This helps us maintain our schedule and provide the best experience for everyone.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of service. While Glamrūm accepts credit cards and digital payment apps, we kindly encourage cash payments.
  • All sales on products and services are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services or opened/used products.

Health and Safety

  • If you feel unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.
  • Glamrūm adheres to strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Please inform us of any medical concerns when booking.

Booking Policy

  • Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • Changes to your appointment may be made up to 24 hours prior without penalty, subject to availability.

Service-Specific Policies

Medical Aesthetics Services

Glamrūm is proud to host Dr. Michelle Radeka and her business, The Art of Ageless Aesthetics, to provide professional medical aesthetic treatments in our luxurious setting.

Important Notes:

  • These services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic treatments, are not provided by Glamrūm but are offered by Dr. Radeka through her independent practice at Glamrūm.
  • All consultations, treatments, and follow-ups will be handled directly by The Art of Ageless Aesthetics. Please direct any inquiries regarding these services to Dr. Radeka’s team.

Privacy and Respect

  • We aim to provide a tranquil and professional environment. Please minimize phone usage and maintain a respectful demeanor during your visit.
  • Client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
